Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@banderashome.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at hello@banderashome.com with details and photos of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivery typically occurs within 3-7 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
